The F&F service is not available in this SAJILO Tariff SIM card.
There is no validity of this initial call value. You need to make any chargeable activities within 6 months to be active.
You cannot switch back to any other tariff from SAJILO. The tariff rates are best in this tariff plan.

Yes, you need to spend NRS 300 per month in any services. If the amount is not spent the same will automatically deducted from your balance at the end of month.
In such case you need not pay the whole month charge, rather you will be charged only for a part of the month that you are active for.
(E.g. if you are active for 10 days, then you will be charge (300/10) = NRS 100 only for that month)
You will receive your billing statement via email provided at the time of subscription at end of every month. If you need the tax invoice please visit Ncell Centers.
You can get the detailed call specification from ICS by email delivery. If you need the hard copy please visit any Ncell center and receive the same by paying NRS 4 to get per day detail. If you need the call details every month, this service will cost you NRS 70 per month.

This “infinite validity” campaign was started from 12th March 2010.
The Campaign “Infinite Validity” means there is no more restriction of recharge for increasing the mobile number validity. However, if you do not make any chargeable action (make any calls or send SMS/MMS or using GPRS or activate any service) within 6 months then your number will be permanently blocked.
Yes, all Nepal roaming is available in prepaid. Recently, we have also started international roaming for prepaid in some listed countries. For details please refer to the roaming section under prepaid.
It is the minimum time period for which call is charged. It is only for outgoing calls. For example if the pulse rate is 20 seconds and call charge is Re. 1 per pulse then it means that every 20 seconds Re. 1 will be charged i.e. for one minute call (60 seconds) 20*3=Rs.3/- shall be charged.
To obtain a replacement SIM card, you have to visit our Ncell Centre along with the required documents i.e. Original Citizenship/passport/license/Govt. ID. The cost for SIM card Replacement is NRS 99.00.
The PUK (Personal unblocking Key) code is needed when you enter a security PIN number incorrectly three times on your mobile phone. You are then given 10 attempts to enter PUK if required.
You can get you PUK code at the back of you SIM card Kit or you can contact our Ncell Centre. Please do keep in mind you should not attempt to guess your PUK code as entering an incorrect PUK code could permanently block the SIM card in your phone; you will then need to request for the replacement of the SIM card.
The PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a security feature of your SIM card. The SIM card comes in a small postage-stamp size card that fits inside your phone and contains PIN and PUK of your number.
Activating your PIN will enable you to go inside our network and you can start using the services. If you want to change your PIN or wants to active, you can do so in your phone setting.
If you enter PIN incorrectly three times, your phone will be locked and you will need a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code to unlock it.
This usually means that the SIM card is not yet activated in Ncell network; in such case you can contact our Ncell Centre.
When you purchase a recharge card, scratch the hidden portion on the recharge card to get 13 digits PIN code, then dial *102* followed by the 13 digits PIN number.
You can top-up your prepaid account through recharge cards of different denominations that you can get from any authorized outlet of Ncell.
You can just Dial *101# and dial to see your current balance and validity on your phone screen.

To buy a new SIM card, you require an original document i.e. Citizenship/ Passport/ Valid Driving License/ Govt. ID and one recent PP size photo.
You can buy Ncell Postpaid SIM from any Ncell Centres.
If the user is a minor (no citizenship), he/ she can present identification revealing document with minor’s father/mother/guardian’s document (original to show and photocopy attached in the form) and signature are needed. In case of students, principal’s signature and school’s/college’s stamp are needed in the registration form.
If the SIM card is register in your family name then you need not re-verify it but in case If the verified family member is out of country for long period then the number is suggested to be registered in the current user’s name.
In this Case, the Customers who cannot reach our Ncell Centres can register numbers in their name by sending us complete form with a PP size photo and a photocopy of Citizenship/License/ Passport/ valid Government Id attached via Post Box no: 9900 or send any relative to our office with SIM card, complete form, authorization letter with signature and original documents of the concerned subscriber as well as the person who visits our office.
Yes, you should personally present to our office for the re-verification process.
You can visit our Ncell Centre at Krishna Towers, New Baneshwor (9 am to 7 pm) or any of the Ncell Centres in Pulchowk, Pokhara and Biratnagar any day including Saturday (9am to 5pm). You need to fill up a form and attach all the necessary documents along with 3-5 frequently called numbers or show PIN-PUK card of your SIM card.
If the SIM card is already registered in your name, then you can re-correct your details as required by providing it to our CR representatives whenever they make call to you.
The subscribers can re- register the SIM card in their name by filling up the form with a PP size photo and a photocopy of Citizenship/License/ Passport/ valid Government ID attached. They should also present the original of any above mentioned ID for verification.
For all our Ncell subscribers, the re-verification process enables to register the SIM card in the name of current user and take the ownership.
No, the subscribers are not charged for the re-verification process. It is completely free of charge.
SNPL is running this re-verification process in order to correct the details of subscribers with motive to protect the subscriber’s identity and authority.
Re-verification is the process of correcting the details of our customers in our database.

You can send international SMS in the following way:
- Enter the phone number, e.g. + country code + other party number (dial phone number excluding “0” at the beginning, except for some countries and regions
- Compose a text
- Send the message.
Yes, the Ncell SMS service allows you to send and receive the international SMS to those networks with whom the Ncell has Active International SMS agreement.
No, you will not be charged for receiving the messages. It’s totally free of cost for incoming messages.
You do not require special setting for SMS but sometimes it happens that your setting get accidently deleted from you handset and if it happens, you can reset your message setting by considering the following parameters:
- Message Center Number : +9779800009000
- Definition of Message Type : Set the message type as “text” or “standard” or “0”
SMS (Short Text Messages) is Ncell service that allows you to send and receive the text messages.
MMS (5)
It may due to the following reasons:
- Check whether your handset support MMS or not.
- Check whether MMS is saving to your mobile phone or not. If not, refer to our MMS section in this site or contact our Ncell Centre.
- Make sure the service is activated.
MMS allows the transmission up to 100 kilobytes of data.
If the person does not have MMS compatible phone set, they will only receive SMS. For example: "U have a picture message" with the address of website which they can view the message.
To activate MMS, send an SMS to 900226 with text “A” or you can contact our Ncell Centre for further assistance.
MMS (Multimedia Message Service) is a service that allows you to send text message along with image/picture and music from MMS compatible handset.
GPRS (5)
Please check your GPRS setting if it is saved to your mobile phone. If you do not have the necessary setting then you will have to reconfigure it or contact our Ncell Centre for assistance.
You must also be in our coverage area in order to get access. Once you have activated the service, make sure you turn off your mobile phone and then switch on again before starting to browse.
Only GPRS compatible mobile will support and can access the service. Please check your phone manual to confirm whether mobile is compatible or not.
You will be able to make or receive calls if you are not downloading anything or transferring data at that time. If you so desire to make calls during the process of downloading, you may have to disconnect from the browser before doing so.
To activate the service, you could send SMS to 900224 with text "A" and you will receive a confirmation message from the server. You will need to do necessary setting in your handset, (for that you could check our mobile internet section). Or you can contact Ncell Centre.
WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) is mobile internet technology that allows mobile phone to access certain internet sites, specifically created for mobile phone that uses text and graphics to fit the screen of your mobile screen. GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) is the service that delivers data at the high speeds to mobile phones. It is the technology that helps WAP to allow fast and easy access.
Voice Mail (5)
Yes, you can listen to your Voice messages using PSTN phone by following process:
- Dial 9809991000 and then enter your Ncell number and press #.
- Enter your personal password and follow the system instruction.
To listen to your Voice messages using your mobile phone, you can dial 9991 (Voice Mail Service center number) and enter your personal password and follow the system instruction.
Yes, after the 30 minutes of service activation, you can use Voice mail service but after the service activation you need to divert you call to Voice Mail box by using the menu of your mobile phone by setting the number of the Voice mail system as +9779809990000.
You can dial *100# and follow the instruction to activate this service and for activation. You will be charged one time activation fee of NRS.100 (including tax).
Ncell Voicemail service is 24-hour universally accessible voice messaging service in which the calls are diverted when the user is unavailable or has turned off the phone.
SMS to E-mail (7)
To deactivate SMS to E-mail service, you can send an SMS to 900223 with text ‘R’ or you can contact our Ncell Centre for further assistance.
No, only the subscriber who has activated SMS to E-mail service can receive E-mail to SMS.
You can send E-mail to SMS by following procedure:
- Go to New Email
- Type +977mobilenumber@sms.ncell.com.np
- Type the text in your message
- Send the email.
You can send SMS to E-mail by following procedure:
- Select write message;
- Type the e-mail address of the recipient followed by a space;
- Type the text in your message;
- Select the option to send the message;
- When asked to enter the number, Type 9205;
- Select the option to send the message.
To use SMS to E-mail service, you need to pay NRS 30.00 as a monthly charge whereas for sending each SMS to E-mail you will be charged NRS 1.00.
To activate SMS to E-mail service, you can send an SMS to 900223 with text ‘A’ or you can contact our customer care for further assistance.
SMS to E-mail is Ncell service through which you can send message via text message where it relays SMS text message as emails.

Missed Call Notification Service is Ncell service that informs the subscribers the number of calls missed during the time his/her phone was switched off.
No, there is no any time period limitation to call the F & F number at NRS.0.99, but during the off time (10:00 P.M – 6 A.M) you can enjoy the inside network call at the rate of NRS. 0.70 Per minute.
To delete the F&F number, there is no any charge but to add another number, you would be charged NRS.39.00 (excluding tax and VAT).
No, you are not charged for adding there F&F numbers for the first activation, but afterwards if you want to change the number then you would be charged accordingly.
This is the Scheme for the “RAMRO” Subscribers which enable them to add any three Ncell numbers to their F&F (Friend and Family) list. While Calling to these numbers the subscribers are charged NRS 0.99 per minute.
