Since 12th march 2010 Ncell has removed any validity period concept. All the prepaid subscribers have been awarded with lifetime validity. You need to make any chargeable action in once in every 6 months to keep the number alive.

The Campaign “Infinite Validity” means there is no more restriction of recharge for increasing the mobile number validity. However, if you do not make any chargeable action (make any calls or send SMS/MMS or using GPRS or activate any service) within 6 months then your number will be permanently blocked.
