Please check your GPRS setting if it is saved to your mobile phone. If you do not have the necessary setting then you will have to reconfigure it or contact our Ncell Centre for assistance.
You must also be in our coverage area in order to get access. Once you have activated the service, make sure you turn off your mobile phone and then switch on again before starting to browse.
Only GPRS compatible mobile will support and can access the service. Please check your phone manual to confirm whether mobile is compatible or not.
You will be able to make or receive calls if you are not downloading anything or transferring data at that time. If you so desire to make calls during the process of downloading, you may have to disconnect from the browser before doing so.
To activate the service, you could send SMS to 900224 with text "A" and you will receive a confirmation message from the server. You will need to do necessary setting in your handset, (for that you could check our mobile internet section). Or you can contact Ncell Centre.

GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) is the service that delivers data at the high speeds to mobile phones. It is the technology that helps WAP to allow fast and easy access.
