Yes, all Nepal roaming is available in prepaid. Recently, we have also started international roaming for prepaid in some listed countries. For details please refer to the roaming section under prepaid.

It is the minimum time period for which call is charged. It is only for outgoing calls. For example if the pulse rate is 20 seconds and call charge is Re. 1 per pulse then it means that every 20 seconds Re. 1 will be charged i.e. for one minute call (60 seconds) 20*3=Rs.3/- shall be charged.

To obtain a replacement SIM card, you have to visit our Ncell Centre along with the required documents i.e. Original Citizenship/passport/license/Govt. ID. The cost for SIM card Replacement is NRS 99.00.

The PUK (Personal unblocking Key) code is needed when you enter a security PIN number incorrectly three times on your mobile phone. You are then given 10 attempts to enter PUK if required.

You can get you PUK code at the back of you SIM card Kit or you can contact our Ncell Centre. Please do keep in mind you should not attempt to guess your PUK code as entering an incorrect PUK code could permanently block the SIM card in your phone; you will then need to request for the replacement of the SIM card.

The PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a security feature of your SIM card. The SIM card comes in a small postage-stamp size card that fits inside your phone and contains PIN and PUK of your number.

Activating your PIN will enable you to go inside our network and you can start using the services. If you want to change your PIN or wants to active, you can do so in your phone setting.

If you enter PIN incorrectly three times, your phone will be locked and you will need a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code to unlock it.

This usually means that the SIM card is not yet activated in Ncell network; in such case you can contact our Ncell Centre.

When you purchase a recharge card, scratch the hidden portion on the recharge card to get 13 digits PIN code, then dial *102* followed by the 13 digits PIN number.

You can top-up your prepaid account through recharge cards of different denominations that you can get from any authorized outlet of Ncell.

You can just Dial *101# and dial to see your current balance and validity on your phone screen.

To buy a new SIM card, you require an original document i.e. Citizenship/ Passport/ Valid Driving License/ Govt. ID and one recent PP size photo.

You can buy Ncell Prepaid SIM from any authorized outlet inside / outside Kathmandu Valley, or you can directly buy it from Ncell Centre.
