Now there are no worries for SIM life time for Ncell Prepaid subscriber. Ncell has removed recharge condition for SIM life time. Every time subscriber spends any amount from main account, subscriber will get 6 month extension of SIM life time. 1. What is the Campaign “Infinite Validity” is about?

The Campaign “Infinite Validity” means there is no more restriction of recharge for increasing the mobile number validity. However, if you do not make any chargeable action (make any calls or send SMS/MMS or using GPRS or activate any service) within 6 months then your number will be permanently blocked.

2. When did this new validity campaign launched?

This “infinite validity” campaign was started from 12th March 2010.

3. I am not able to see my validity date on my handset. Why is it so?

Since 12th march, 2010, Ncell has offered its entire prepaid subscriber the unlimited validity of mobile number that’s the reason you are not being able to see the validity date on your handsets.

4. Will my lifetime period rise with every call, SMS, MMS, and GPRS that I make?

Every chargeable activity will give you 6 months extended lifetime.

5. Is this an offer for a limited period or an on-going offer?

It is a permanent offer for all Ncell prepaid subscribers.

6. What will happen if I do not make any activity for 6 months?

If you do not make any activity for 6 month, your SIM card will directly goes to the final suspension status (i.e. fully deactivated Stage). Any remaining money cannot be claimed back.

7. If I make one call in 179th day, will my activity usage deadline again remain for next 6 months?

Yes, it will.

8. What if I get the incoming calls but do not do any activity from my part?

You must perform any chargeable activity once in every 6 months to get unlimited mobile number lifetime.

9. What will happen if I recharge?

You will get the amount credited in your balance as per regular process. The date is not affected henceforth with the recharge amount.

10. What happens to my previous validity period?

Since 12th march 2010 Ncell has removed any validity period concept. All the prepaid subscribers have been awarded with lifetime validity. You need to make any chargeable action in once in every 6 months to keep the number alive.
