Ncell has come up with yet another astounding scheme for its subscribers. Henceforth, Ncell users can call USA and Canada at only Rs. 1.99 per minute. This is equivalent to local rates. The scheme, in force from October 1, 2011 will have a pulse of 60 seconds. Currently the rate is Rs. 6.00 per 20 seconds of pulse.

"We have realized that majority of the population have friends and family in USA or Canada. Therefore we have come up with this innovative scheme which will bring them closer." Abdujabbor Kayumov Chief Commercial officer of Ncell said.
