•    Ncell has launched CAMEL roaming service bilaterally with Bharti Airtel Limited – Chennai, India for prepaid subscribers w.e.f April 19, 2010.

International roaming service with Tcell Tajikistan
•    Ncell has launched GPRS roaming service unilaterally with Indigo Tajikistan CJSC “Tcell” - Tajikistan for  postpaid subscribers w.e.f April 27, 2010.

International roaming service with AT&T Mobility, USA
•    Ncell has launched roaming service bilaterally with AT&T Mobility, USA for both Voice and GPRS for the postpaid subscribers w.e.f May 4, 2010.
