Ncell not to tolerate over charging

Ncell has announced that it will not allow overcharging of recharge cards by anyone to the customers.

Pasi Koistinen, the CEO of Ncell said,

"We have always been serious about such issues. We changed the price structure of our cards in round figure as earlier, customers were made to pay certain amount extra on purchase of any recharge cards citing currency change problem. This was resulting in extra benefit for the end sellers apart from their regular commissions. Our cards available at Rs. 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 and Rs. 1000 include the commissions for distributors, dealers and point of sales. So there is no need for the subscribers to pay anything extra."

Nevertheless, even with implementation of new denomination of Recharge Cards, some end sellers continued charging same higher price to subscribers.

Ncell has taken up the issue seriously with the dealers and distributors who have committed to resolve the issue.

"We have been taking necessary action against those who do not comply to the rates and over charge. We have even terminated agreements with some of them." Pasi said.

Ncell has strongly requested the subscribers not to pay extra amount for their recharge cards.
