Ncell's financial support to needy women

Ncell has been taking its corporate social responsibility seriously. It has proved it once again by announcing to financially support the family of 8 needy women dwelling in slums.

Collaborating with Shakti Samuha, a NGO basically working against girls trafficking, Ncell will support these women to establish income generating self employment and micro enterprises. Shakti Samuha will provide them with necessary counseling and monitor their endeavors. Save the children will help Shakti Samuha to help, support and monitor the 8 families in this income generating employment and micro enterprises.

It was affirmed on the inauguration of Ncell's 15th Centre in Chabahil of Kathmandu. Aiming to provide swift and quality services to its customers, Ncell has been rapidly opening such centers in other parts of the country as well. Ncell also committed to opening of more such centers in future in different part of the country, it already had Ncell center in Hetuda, Pokhara, Birgunj, Lahan, Dhangadi, Mahendranagar,

CEO of Ncell Pasi Koistinen and Ncell customer Sitaram Sharma jointly inaugurated the centre in Chabahil. Sitaram is using Ncell services together with other three family members. He was exicted about Ncell Center in chabahil since it's near his house now and he can get Ncell services easily and he got to inaugurate the Center together with the CEO of the company. Customers can avail facilities such as SIM exchange, GPRS, SMS setting, International roaming, detailed call reports, balance transfer, bill payment, corporate services, blackberry services and ownership transfers to name a few.

The members of 8 families who are being supported by Ncell also witnessed the inauguration. They expressed their gratitude for the financial support provided by Ncell at the time when they were having difficulties to make their both ends meet.
