How to activate your SIM card?

1. Insert your SIM card into your GSM phone
2. Switch ON your mobile phone
3. Enter the 4 digits PIN 1 code which appears on the housing of your SIM card
4. Your SIM card will be activated after you make your first call.

Please note: Please keep the housing of your SIM card for further usage of PIN and PUK code.

How to make payment for a postpaid account?
You can make your payment by visiting any of the following:

1. Ncell Centres
2. Main offices of authorized distributors
3. Any bank designated by Ncell

How can you get the monthly bill delivered?
You can get your monthly bill delivered through email, courier or online. You can mention it while submitting the postpaid contract.

Please note:
Monthly billing date – Second of every month (Nepali calendar)
Bill payment due date – Bill should be paid within 25 days of the billing date
Service suspension – All outgoing services will be discontinued if the bill is not paid within bill payment due date. All services will be discontinued if the bill is not paid within 30 days of bill payment due date.

How to check your account balance?
Choose one of the following options:

1. Dial *101# and then press call button
2. Dial 90011
3. Send blank SMS to 90011
