How to activate your SIM card?
- Insert your SIM card into your GSM phone
- Switch ON your mobile phone
- Enter the 4 digits PIN 1 code which appears on the housing of your SIM card
- Your SIM card will be activated after you make your first call.
Please note: Please keep the housing of your SIM card for further usage of PIN and PUK code.
How to recharge your account?
Choose one of the following options:
- Dial *102* 13 digits PIN number# and then press the call button
- Dial 90012 and then enter the 13 digits PIN number of your recharge card.
- Send SMS to 90012 with the 13 digits PIN number.
Virtual Fund Transfer
You can recharge your account for Rs. 50* and above from any of the nearest Ncell authorized outlets.
How to check your account balance?
Choose one of the following options:
- Dial *101# and then press call button
- Dial 90011
- Send blank SMS to 90011
Please note: * This amount is subject to changes as per the company’s policy.
If you forget your PIN/ PUK number
In case you forget your PIN/PUK security code, you may contact Ncell Centre at 9005.
Please note: SIM owner’s information will be verified to provide you PIN/PUK security information.
If your SIM card is damaged
Your mobile screen displays the following: “Insert SIM”, “SIM rejected”, “Invalid SIM”, “SIM error” or “SIM blocked” then you need to visit the Ncell Centre to replace your SIM card.
