Closed User (CUG) is a value-added service to all the Corporates subscribing Ncell Corporate. This service enables you to minimize your mobile communication costs considerably within your co-workers in a corporate account.

To enable the service, there should be at least 3 subscribers within the corporate account.

How to activate?

• To activate the CUG service, please visit any Ncell Centres across Nepal
• Ncell Centre representative will start the service, add/delete/modify the numbers upon the authorization from the account/contract owner.
