Speak Up Channel
If you are aware of actual or suspected misconduct, illegal or unethical behaviour, or have a concern, you can use the Speak Up channel to raise a concern. The Speak Up channel can be used by employees, suppliers, business partners, contractors, customers and other stakeholders

Reporting Channel
The Speak Up channel can be accessed via web and mobile app and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

  • Follow the instructions to raise concerns.
Concerns to be Reported

Concerns related to the following areas:

  • Anti-competition
  • Breach of company policy or country laws
  • Bribery & corruption
  • Data confidentiality or privacy
  • Conflict of interest
  • Fraud & breach of trust

Protection to Reporters
Reporter will be guaranteed protection of confidentiality from anyone and from any threats that might occur with those who report.
Managing Concern
Once a concern is received via web or mobile app, the reporter will receive a case number and password. Expolink will then route the concern to Ncell Head of Internal Audit and Axiata Group’s Investigation Team, who will review the report and determine further action. If your report warrants an investigation, it will be conducted by an investigator either from Axiata, Ncell or externally appointed.
Feedback for Reported Concern
With the case number and password, reporter can return to the Speak Up channel, and receive the updates (including completion/closure of investigation).
