2. What is Free FnF service and how can we add FnF numbers?
With New Biz Plus plan you can add up to two Ncell numbers as “FnF numbers” where you can call for free. You can dial *17131# and add your FnF number.

3. Okay, so what are the activation and Periodic (30days) charges for each plan?

Your 30 days rental fee will be Rs. 1 lesser than activation fee since row 4 (Starter Pack Price) is not applicable for 30 days rental. You will have to recharge accordingly to maintain the balance.

4. What is the validity of the Plan and resources?
The plans have 30 days cycle. The validity of the plan and resources will be 30 days.

5. Is Digital service free for the first-time activation or it is free each period (30 days cycle)?
All the included digital service is free each period in respective plan with the periodic rental payment of respective plan. For example, on rental of Rs 389 for Biz Plus 389 plan, customer will get included free digital service along with resources (like voice, data etc.). There are no separate charges for digital services.

6. Does Customer have to do anything for activating the digital service?
No, Digital Service get activated automatically. However, customer must put the credentials (like user name, password) on different digital service to use the services. Customer will get credentials and how to use part through SMS for related digital services.

7. What all free digital services do I get in different Biz Plus Individual Plans?

8. If user does not get the service what are the alternative way to get it?
User will get the notification from the respective short code and if user click the link provided in the short code than user service will get activated.
Even user can go to Ncell website and go to the respective link as the link of provided in the website.

9. How much do I have to pay for subscribing to digital Service?
No, User does not have to pay it is already cover in Postpaid Plan for the User.

10. How can I activate/deactivate digital service?
User will automatically get the digital Service upon the purchase of new postpaid plan or upgradation of any postpaid plan. There is no need to initiate for any action from the user.
To deactivate all the digital Services, user can send “ D “ Keyword to 31105
To deactivate specific digital service, user can dial *31105# and follow the steps.

11. What happens to Digital Service Product if I have not paid the rental for my Postpaid Plan?
User not paying the rental of Biz Plus Plan will not get the Digital Services

12. Which mobile platforms are supported for this service?
Android, Symbian, Java, Bada and Blackberry platforms are supported in this service.

13. Can I use the service from a PC or laptop?
No, the service is designed for mobile devices only.

14. Can I download and run the service from Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can download and play service from Wi-Fi for TDO Service and Merolagani.

15. Is my current phone capable of using the digital Service Product?
You can browse, run the service of TDO Service, Merolagani from your phone that supports mobile data/WIFI. You may check your phone compatibility by referring to your phone manual.

16. Will I be charged separately for downloading and playing content within the portal/APP?
You will be charged for data separately as per your plan for downloading and playing content within the portal/APP. Or you can play and download the content from Wi-Fi also.

17. What should I do if I do not get any Digital Service or Some digital services?
You need to call or visit to nearest Ncell Center or need to call 9007 or 9005 and need to register the complaint.
