3. What is Business Hour service?
Business Hour is the added facility for 389 and above plan. Customer can call and send SMS Ncell to Ncell free during 6am to 6pm Fair Usage Policy will be applicable for on-net SMS. Up to 3000 on-net SMS is free.
4. What is UCUG?
Unlimited closed user group (UCUG) is supplementary service provided under 259 plan wherein customers can make free calls to any member within CUG group/organization
5. Can 389 and 649 plan have UCUG? If Yes, how these plans can have this service?
Yes, UCUG is add on pack for 389 and 649.You can avail the service from Ncell center for the rental of Rs 50.72 including tax. First time activation of UCUG is free.
6. What is Free FnF service?
With New Biz+ Plan customer can add up to 2 any Ncell number as FnF number where they can call free unlimited.
7. How to add FnF service?
You can dial *17131# and Add FnF numbers
8. Can we have business hour for 259 plan?
Business hour service is the add-on pack for 259 plan. Customer can purchase business hour pack at Rs63.40 including taxes.
9. How to activate business hour by customer themselves?
You can dial USSD *17132# or send SMS by typing “A” to 17132.
10. What will happened to business hour, CUG and Free FnF if customer fail to pay the rental?
With Rental fail, your all-outgoing ( Voice, sms, data)service will be barred. Hence, business hour, CUG and Free FnF will also be barred. However, You can receive call and SMS.
11. What is the activation fee and monthly rental charge for the plans under Biz Plus plans?

Your monthly rental fee will be Rs. 1 lesser than activation fee since row 4 (Starter Pack Price) is not applicable for monthly rentals. You will have to recharge accordingly to maintain the balance.
12. What is the validity of the Plan and resources?
The plans have 30 days cycle. The validity of the plan and resources will be 30 days.
13. Is Digital service free for the first-time activation or it is free each month?
All the included digital service is free each month in respective plan with the monthly rental payment of respective plan. For example, on rental of Rs 389 for Biz Plus 389 plans, customer will get included free digital service along with resources (like voice, data etc.). There are no separate charges for digital services.
14. Does Customer have to do anything for activating the digital service?
No, Digital Service get activated automatically. However, customer must put the credentials (like user name, password) on different digital service use the services. Customer will get credentials and how to use part through SMS for related digital services.
15. What all free digital services do I get in different Biz Plus Plans?
All Service are Bundle up with Postpaid Plan

16. If user does not get the service what are the alternative way to get it?
User will get the notification from the respective short code and if user click the link provided in the short code than user service will get activated. Even user can go to Ncell website and go to the respective link as the link of provided in the website.
17. How much do I have to pay for subscribing to digital Service?
No, User does not have to pay it is already cover in Postpaid Plan for the User
18. How can I activate/deactivate digital service?
User does not need input any keyword or code for the activation of the service. User will automatically get the digital Service upon the purchase of new postpaid plan or upgradation of any postpaid plan.
19. What happens to Digital Service Product if I have not paid the rental for my Postpaid Plan?
User not paying the rental of Postpaid Plan will not get the Digital Services
20. Which mobile platforms are supported for this service?
Android, Symbian, Java, Bada and Blackberry platforms are supported in this service.
21. Can I use the service from a PC or laptop?
No, the service is designed for mobile devices only.
22. Can I download and run the service from Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can download and play service from Wi-Fi for Quick Heal, TDO Service and Merolagani.
23. Is my current phone capable of using the digital Service Product?
You can browse, run the service of Quick Heal, TDO Service, Merolagani from your phone that supports mobile data/WIFI. You may check your phone compatibility by referring to your phone manual.
24. Will I be charged separately for downloading and playing content within the portal/APP?
You will be charged for data separately as per your plan for downloading and playing content within the portal/APP. Or you can play and download the content from Wi-Fi also.
25. What should I do if I do not get any Digital Service or some digital services?
You need to call or visit to nearest Ncell Center or need to call 9007 or 9005 and need to register the complaint.
