Notice for Canteen Operation

The main objective of the cafeteria is to provide healthy, nutritious, and affordable meals and beverages to employees while fostering a conducive work environment. 

The cafeteria should support the overall well-being of staff and create a welcoming, clean, and pleasant atmosphere.

Operating Hour
•    Available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Monday to Friday
•    Ncell ICON, Lainchaur, Kathmandu

Price Transparency
•    Clearly display the prices for all items.

Health and Safety Compliance
•    Regular checks and audits to ensure food safety standards are consistently met.

Ncell will provide the following
•    The dining cleaning facility
•    Fully equipped cafeteria space including few kitchens appliances
•    Space, electricity and water for cleaning utensils. 

Vendor will arrange
•    The cooking water and gas needs to be arranged by the vendor.
•    Dish wash chemicals to be arranged by the vendor.

1 Registered company or firm to operate Cafeteria
2 Operational Plan and Menu with rates
3 Company Experience
4 Hygiene and Sanitation

Note:
•    Ncell has the sole authority to either select or reject the proposal.
•    One or more vendors may be shortlisted for further evaluation and screening.
•    Interested vendors are requested to submit their proposal within 27th Jan, 2025 before 5:00 PM to: lila.subedi@ncell.com.np
