1. What are the new Hero packs?
The new Hero packs are combo packs that include Unlimited All Nepal voice calls, Unlimited data with FUP, daily SMS, and long validity options ranging from 30 days to 1 year.
2. What data benefits are included in the Hero packs?
The packs provide different high-speed data volumes such as 7 GB, 25 GB, 50 GB, and 200 GB depending on the selected pack.
3. What happens after the allocated data is consumed?
After the allocated high-speed data is exhausted, customers can continue using the internet at a reduced speed of 256 Kbps under the Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
4. How long is the validity of the Hero packs?
The Hero packs are available with validity periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and 360 days depending on the selected product.
5. When will my pack expire?
All packs expire at midnight (00:00) on the last valid day. For example, if a pack is activated on April 1 at 10 PM, it will expire on April 30 at midnight.
6. Will unused data be carried forward to the next cycle?
No. Any unused data from the current cycle will expire at the end of the cycle and a fresh allocation will be provided for the next 30-day period.
7. Can I continue using data after the pack validity ends?
No. Once the pack validity expires, all included benefits including unlimited voice, SMS, and data services under the pack will end.
8. Are these packs one-time packs or auto-renewal packs?
These are one-time packs.
9. Who can purchase this pack?
Prepaid users can enjoy this pack.

When your balance runs below Rs. 10 and you need to finish that conversation or want to keep on surfing data but can’t immediately recharge, take Ncell Saapati by dialing *9988# and *123#
This service is available for all prepaid customers having their SIM card of more than 30 Days. The received Saapati amount is added to the main balance and allows the customer to make calls to any network, send SMS and use data as well as other services.
When you recharge your balance next time, the Saapati amount along with service charge will be deducted from the new balance. If the recharged balance is less than the Saapati amount, the entire balance will be deducted and the remaining amount and service charge will be deducted in the next recharge. If you haven’t recharged after taking Saapati, you will still be able to take incoming services but will not be able to take another Saapati until the previous one is cleared.
