Currently appointed as Acting CEO of Ncell, Enam has held pivotal leadership roles throughout his career. Prior to joining Ncell, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at UCB Fintech Company (UPAY) in Bangladesh, where he played a key role in shaping the strategic direction driving sustainable growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and strengthening shareholder engagement. Enam has held senior finance leadership roles at Telenor Group’s operations in Bangladesh (Grameenphone) and Thailand (Dtac), after working at Nestlé Bangladesh Limited and KPMG Bangladesh. His career reflects a consistent track record of leading high-impact financial initiatives and steering organizations through complex business transformations. Enam is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School, UK.

Umair has spent over two decades working in the telecom industry, including significant stints at Telenor Pakistan and Mobily in Saudi Arabia. His expertise spans marketing, products and pricing, and sales operations, bringing a robust business perspective.

He holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Bachelor's in Engineering from NED University in Pakistan.

Ameer possesses extensive experience of over 25 years working with leading telecommunications firms in various roles within Technology and Information Technology. He has excelled as an innovative leader and key business strategist. His expertise includes formulating strategic technology initiatives to propel company expansion.

He was working as Chief Technology Officer at Digicel Group, Trinidad and Tobago, where he made several contributions in enhancing Mobile, Fixed, and IT Networks by leading strategic advancements in service quality and stability through focused measures to improve resilience, reduce outages, and improve recovery speed. Prior to Digicel, Ameer worked for organizations like Bharti Airtel, Airtel Vodafone, British Telecom, O2 UK, and Batelco in various leadership roles. Ameer holds a bachelor’s degree in technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Leicester.

Stephen is recognized as a transformational Customer Operations Leader and Strategic Business Partner with over 20 years' experience in customer advocacy. He is a passionate change leader, skilled at establishing strategic Customer Experience goals to drive organizational growth. He is equally experienced in leading both centralized and distributed teams in achieving business goals.

He was working as Customer Operations Director (Consultant) at Amplia Communications, Trinidad where he made several contributions in enhancing customer experience by reducing the resolution time, improving workforce management, and enhancing forecast accuracy. Prior to that, Stephen was with Digicel, Jamaica in the capacity of Director of Customer Operations for 5 years. At Digicel, he led a project to digitize Sales Leads Management, reduced mobile churn, and increased overall KPI achievement. Stephen holds an MBA degree from the University of Bridgeport.

Over the years, Afreen has worked in flagship companies, both multinational and local organizations, contributing to change management efforts, performance systems, and talent development frameworks. Prior to joining NCELL, she served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at IDLC Finance PLC, where she worked on strengthening the organization’s talent strategy and embedding a performance-driven approach. Before that, she was Cluster HR Director at Reckitt Benckiser PLC, overseeing HR operations and cluster people initiatives for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Afreen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dhaka. She remains engaged in the evolving nature of work and its impact on people systems, with a steady focus on making HR both relevant and responsive.

Dilli, a highly experienced legal professional, holds an LL.M. degree and a Bachelor in Law from Nepal Law Campus. Over the years, he has amassed extensive experience in various legal roles, including Country Legal Director at Bottlers Nepal Limited, Head Legal at Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Company Secretary/Chief Legal Officer at Civil Bank Limited, Head Legal at Siddhartha Bank Limited and Legal Officer at Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a robust commitment to legal excellence, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

His notable accomplishments include supervising litigation, liaising with governmental authorities, providing legal opinions, and managing mergers and acquisitions of various Banks and Financial Institutions. Shrestha's expertise extends to contract negotiation, legal document preparation, and ensuring the company's policies are up to date. He has actively participated in various training programs, seminars, and workshops, further enhancing his legal acumen. His published articles and research contributions reflect his deep understanding of Nepalese law and his dedication to advancing legal knowledge and practice. Shrestha is a recipient of the Excellent Legal Writing Award (2066) by the Lawyers Club, Kathmandu.

With over two decades of experience across some of Nepal’s multinational companies, Bishakha is a seasoned professional in the fields of ICT, FMCG, and media. She currently leads Corporate Communications at Ncell, where she also champions the company’s sustainability agenda through its dedicated arm, the Ncell Foundation.

Throughout her career, Bishakha has been recognised for her ability to shape and drive impactful media and corporate communication strategies. Her expertise spans media engagement, crisis communication, and strategic CSR initiatives. In 2024, her leadership in corporate responsibility was honoured by the UK-based Women’s Tabloid Awards, which named her the Best Woman Sustainability Leader – Telecom.

Bishakha continues to drive purpose-led initiatives and meaningful stakeholder engagement at the intersection of business, media, and social impact. Her understanding of the regional media landscape and evolving digital trends is rooted in her strong editorial foundation. She spent five years as Deputy Editor at The Nation in Lahore, bringing journalistic insight into her corporate roles. She holds a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business & International Political Economy with Asian Studies Minor from The College of Idaho, United States of America and a Master’s degree in Print Media and Research from the School of Mass Communication Studies at Punjab University, Lahore.

Pritam is a strategic and data-driven professional with over 14 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, and strategy, primarily in the telecommunications sector. He has been with Ncell since 2011, with a brief two-year period outside the organization from 2021 to 2023.

During his initial tenure at Ncell, he quickly rose through the ranks, establishing himself as a key member of the Commercial Management team. While away from Ncell, he worked in the consulting space across multiple industry verticals, both within and outside Nepal, with telecommunications remaining his primary focus. Pritam holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kathmandu University School of Management, specializing in Finance.
