Satish’s expertise has been crucial in driving growth and ensuring success for Spectrlite and Ncell, reinforcing Ncell’s position as a leader in telecommunications.

His profound understanding of the industry has guided major expansions, forging strategic partnerships, and navigating complex mergers and acquisitions. Through his steadfast leadership, Satish continues to drive Spectrlite’s mission, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of innovation and success in the industry.

Jabbor Kayumov is a Managing Director as well as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ncell. He has been representing Reynolds in Ncell Board since 2022. 

Mr. Kayumov, brings with him more than 15 years of senior management experience in the telecommunications industry as CEO of several top telecom organizations such as Telia, Vimpelcom, Digicel Trinidad & Tobago and Digicel Jamaica where he successfully led the business operations transitioning into becoming a Digital Operator by taking customer relationship to the next level through his down-to-earth and personal approach.

Sachin Lal Acharya is a director representing Sunivera Capital Ventures Private Limited since 2016. 
He is a seasoned telecommunication professional with over 25 years of experience in business management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Sachin is known for his forward-thinking approach, always staying ahead of industry trends and anticipating future challenges. He possesses exceptional communication skills, making complex concepts accessible and actionable for stakeholders at all levels. 
With a hands-on approach to problem-solving, he is adept at navigating challenges and turning obstacles into opportunities.

Ms. Anna is a director of Ncell BOD representing Reynolds Holdings Limited since 2023. 

She has accumulated over 15 years of extensive business development experience in private equity, with a focused expertise in the Telecommunications and Technology sectors. Her career is distinguished by significant achievements in sales within the financial consultancy industry, showcasing her ability to navigate complex market landscapes and deliver exceptional results. 
Additionally, she has demonstrated a remarkable proficiency in managing intricate sales and logistics operations for prominent Japanese multinational corporations in the construction and machinery sectors. Her ability to optimize these complex processes underscores her strategic acumen and operational excellence, making her a key player in driving business success on a global scale.

Mr. Neo is a director of Ncell BOD representing Reynolds Holdings Limited since 2023.
He has accumulated over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in compliance and regulatory affairs, financial analysis, and reporting, as well as operational excellence. He has successfully strengthened internal control frameworks for private banks through meticulous regulatory gap analysis and thorough assessments of control operations and design. 

His expertise extends to providing management with detailed reports on process improvements, system automation, resource rebalancing, and control enhancements following workshops and process mapping. Highly skilled in stakeholder and project management, he excels in delivering substantial stakeholder value by effectively managing complex projects and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Ms. Jun is a director of Ncell BOD representing Reynolds Holdings Limited since 2023.
She is a seasoned financial professional with over 10 years of experience driving financial excellence in dynamic corporate environments. Renowned for her dedication to delivering accurate and timely financial reports, she excels in financial reporting, cost management, and operational oversight. 

Her expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including overseeing statutory and management reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing financial processes. Her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide strategic insights underscores her commitment to fostering financial integrity and supporting organizational success.

Jabbor, who is from Tajikistan, has come to Ncell from Digicel Group where he was the CEO of the Jamaican Subsidiary. He has more than 15 Years of senior management experience and has held other CEO positions in MNOs such as Telia and VEON.

Umair has spent over two decades working in the telecom industry, including significant stints at Telenor Pakistan and Mobily in Saudi Arabia. His expertise spans marketing, products and pricing, and sales operations, bringing a robust business perspective.

He holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Bachelor's in Engineering from NED University in Pakistan.

Ameer possesses extensive experience of over 25 years working with leading telecommunications firms in various roles within Technology and Information Technology. He has excelled as an innovative leader and key business strategist. His expertise includes formulating strategic technology initiatives to propel company expansion.

He was working as Chief Technology Officer at Digicel Group, Trinidad and Tobago, where he made several contributions in enhancing Mobile, Fixed, and IT Networks by leading strategic advancements in service quality and stability through focused measures to improve resilience, reduce outages, and improve recovery speed. Prior to Digicel, Ameer worked for organizations like Bharti Airtel, Airtel Vodafone, British Telecom, O2 UK, and Batelco in various leadership roles. Ameer holds a bachelor’s degree in technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Leicester.

Stephen is recognized as a transformational Customer Operations Leader and Strategic Business Partner with over 20 years' experience in customer advocacy. He is a passionate change leader, skilled at establishing strategic Customer Experience goals to drive organizational growth. He is equally experienced in leading both centralized and distributed teams in achieving business goals.

He was working as Customer Operations Director (Consultant) at Amplia Communications, Trinidad where he made several contributions in enhancing customer experience by reducing the resolution time, improving workforce management, and enhancing forecast accuracy. Prior to that, Stephen was with Digicel, Jamaica in the capacity of Director of Customer Operations for 5 years. At Digicel, he led a project to digitize Sales Leads Management, reduced mobile churn, and increased overall KPI achievement. Stephen holds an MBA degree from the University of Bridgeport.

Dilli, a highly experienced legal professional, holds an LL.M. degree and a Bachelor in Law from Nepal Law Campus. Over the years, he has amassed extensive experience in various legal roles, including Country Legal Director at Bottlers Nepal Limited, Head Legal at Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Company Secretary/Chief Legal Officer at Civil Bank Limited, Head Legal at Siddhartha Bank Limited and Legal Officer at Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a robust commitment to legal excellence, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

His notable accomplishments include supervising litigation, liaising with governmental authorities, providing legal opinions, and managing mergers and acquisitions of various Banks and Financial Institutions. Shrestha's expertise extends to contract negotiation, legal document preparation, and ensuring the company's policies are up to date. He has actively participated in various training programs, seminars, and workshops, further enhancing his legal acumen. His published articles and research contributions reflect his deep understanding of Nepalese law and his dedication to advancing legal knowledge and practice. Shrestha is a recipient of the Excellent Legal Writing Award (2066) by the Lawyers Club, Kathmandu.

In her interim role, she has been leading Ncell’s Marketing, Communications and CSR teams, ensuring strategic alignment. She oversees corporate narrative development, internal and external communications, and sustainability initiatives, reinforcing Ncell’s commitment to transparency and social responsibility. Her expertise in sustainability and corporate communications continues to strengthen Ncell’s position as a responsible corporate leader.
