What are the eligibility criteria for the Yuwa SIM? You can be eligible for the Yuwa SIM if you are born after 1997 and have a valid student ID.

What are the resources I get while using the Yuwa SIM? You get unlimited Ncell to Ncell talk time and 5 GB of data. Along with these resources, you get heavy discount on Ncell to Non-Ncell talk time i.e. Re. 1 per min and Rs. 0.5 per MB in data.

What is the validity of the Yuwa SIM? The validity of the Yuwa SIM is 28 days. On the 29th day, you need to purchase a new student pack to continue the services and benefits.

Are there any extra benefits of the Yuwa SIM? Yes. In the Yuwa SIM, you get to use wallets (eSewa and Khalti) free of charge. Moreover, there is also free access to the “Mero School” app to learn from anywhere.

Where can I activate the SIM? To activate the Yuwa SIM, you need to visit the nearest Ncell Center. After providing the necessary information, you can activate the Yuwa SIM.

What are the documents required for the Yuwa SIM? You need to have a government ID (Citizenship or Driving License) and a student card. If you are a minor and don’t have a government ID, then you can use your guardian’s government ID to activate the plan.

What happens if I fail to provide my student ID? You will have a grace period of 7 days to resubmit your student ID. If you fail to provide your student ID within 7 days, then Ncell has the right to shift you to a base plan.

Can I activate the Yuwa SIM from home? No, you cannot activate the Yuwa SIM from home as you need to activate a new SIM card.

What happens if I have remaining data in the plan? The remaining data will be accumulated with the renewed data. This is only applicable if the user renews / purchases the pack before the validity period.

Up to how much will the data accumulate? The data will be accumulated up to 50 GB.
