Besides APP, You can also recharge your account using any of the below mediums:
- Debit/Credit Cards or E-wallet via Ncell Recharge Portal .
- Balance transfer from your nearest Ncell Centre, Pasal or authorized shops.
- Recharge cards bought from nearest Ncell Centre, Pasal or authorized shops. Follow the below mentioned procedure for recharge card:
- Dial *122*PIN number of recharge card# and then press the call button
- Dial 90012 and then enter the PIN number of your recharge card.
- Type the PIN number of your recharge card and send SMS to 90012.

Customer Lifecycle and Validity on Main Balance
For prepaid customer, the validity or expiration date associated with main balance. Prepaid customers will be receiving full value on every recharge, meaning customer will get 100% of recharge value as a main balance.
Prepaid customers can enjoy uninterrupted Ncell services as long as the main balance remains valid. Once the validity of the main balance expires, outgoing calls will be interrupted for 30 days. After 30 days of the interuption of outgoing calls, both incoming and outgoing services will be interrupted.
To extend the validity of main balance, prepaid users need to do recharge their SIM. Ncell offers different validity periods for different recharge amounts.
Below table shows how much validity is given on each recharge. By recharging with the required amount, prepaid users can continue to enjoy Ncell services without any interruption.

Here are some important note regarding Ncell's main balance validity:
- To check your current main balance validity, dial *144#.
- Customers can extend the validity of their main balance up to a maximum of 730 days.
- If the validity of the main balance expires, outgoing calls will be interrupted for 30 days. After 30 days of the interuption of outgoing calls, both incoming and outgoing services will be interrupted.
- In the event of service interruption, customers can recharge their account at any time using any available recharge medium to resume and enjoy Ncell services once again.
- Validity date is not applicable on balance received via balance transfer and Saapati service.
