Cashback Validity
Claim Period
- Cashback must be claimed through the Ncell App within 24 hours of receiving the SMS notification.
- Unclaimed cashback expires after 24 hours and cannot be recovered.
Usage Validity
After claiming, the cashback remains valid for 7 days and expires at 11:59:59 PM (midnight) on the seventh day.

Multiple Purchases & Cashback Accumulation
Every eligible pack purchase earns cashback based on the applicable reward slab.
If you purchase multiple eligible packs:
- Cashback is generated for every eligible purchase.
- Cashback balances accumulate in your cashback account.
- Cashback validity follows the campaign rules and does not extend beyond the defined validity period.
Cashback Usage Priority
When using your balance:
- Cashback bonus will always be consumed before other eligible balances.
- If multiple cashback balances are available, the balance with the earliest expiry date will be used first.

The offer is available to all Ncell Prepaid customers who purchase eligible packs priced at Rs. 50 or more, as well as to customers who buy a new Ncell Prepaid SIM.

- 10% on purchases between Rs. 100–200;

The cashback expires after 24 hours and cannot be reissued.

2. Only eligible Data, Voice, and Combo Pack purchases of Rs. 50 or above qualify for cashback rewards. Roaming Packs are not eligible for cashback
3. Cashback percentage is determined according to the applicable campaign reward slab.
4. Cashback is generated for every eligible purchase and must be claimed through the Ncell App.
5. Customers must claim cashback within 24 hours of receiving the cashback notification.
6. Unclaimed cashback will automatically expire after 24 hours.
7. Claimed cashback will remain valid for 7 days from the date of claim.
8. Cashback rewards are credited into a dedicated cashback bonus account.
9. Cashback bonus is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Cashback can be used for eligible pack purchases, PAYG calls, PAYG data, DVAS services, balance transfer service charges, and Saapati service charges.
11. Cashback cannot be used for ILD calls, PAYG roaming services, or gifting services.
12. Multiple eligible purchases will generate multiple cashback rewards.
13. Cashback bonus balance will be utilized before other applicable balances.
14. The balance with the earliest expiry date will be consumed first where multiple balances are available.
15. Ncell reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
