1. What is the Ncell & Foodmandu Offer?
Ncell customers who purchase packs worth Rs. 99 and above can receive a Rs. 150 discount coupon for Foodmandu on a minimum order of Rs. 1000.

2. How can I get the Foodmandu discount?
To receive the discount coupon, you must:
•    Purchase a Ncell Data/Voice/Combo pack of Rs. 99 or above, except Saapati purchase.
•    Purchase via:
     o    Ncell App
     o    Ncell Pasal
•    Receive the promo code via SMS or in-app notification.

3. Is the offer valid on all pack purchases?
No. The discount coupon is applicable only on new purchases of eligible packs.
The following are not eligible:
•    Renewal Cycle packs
•    Saapati Packs
•    Gift a Pack

4. How much discount will I receive?
You will receive a FLAT Rs. 150 discount on Foodmandu orders above Rs. 1000.

5. Where can I use the coupon?
The coupon can be redeemed exclusively on:
•    Foodmandu Mobile App (https://foodmandu.app.link/appfmd)
•    Foodmandu Website (https://foodmandu.com)

6. How will I receive the coupon?
The promo/discount code will be sent digitally via:
•    SMS
•    In-app notification in Ncell App

7. What is the validity of the coupon?
•    Coupon validity is minimum 28 days from issuance date.
•    Each coupon is single-use only.

8. Can I use multiple coupons in one order?
No. Only one coupon can be used per order.

9. Can I combine this coupon with other Foodmandu offers?
The coupon cannot be clubbed with other Foodmandu offers, unless specifically mentioned.

10. Can I transfer my coupon to someone else?
Yes, the coupon is transferable, but it is:
•    Non-exchangeable
•    Non-cash redeemable
•    Non-refundable

11. If I activate multiple eligible packs, will I receive multiple coupons?
Yes.
Multiple eligible pack activations may generate multiple coupons. However:
•    Coupons are non-accumulative
•    Only one coupon per order can be used

12. Are there any additional charges?
No. There are no additional charges for availing this discount coupon. 

13. Can this offer be modified?
Yes. The offer may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any point in time at sole discretion of Ncell and Foodmandu. However, coupons once issued, can be redeemed within the validity duration.
