1. What is the Nepal Mediciti Offer?
Ncell customers with an active Data, Voice or Combo pack of Rs. 99 or above, or an active Postpaid rental plan of Rs. 99 or above, can enjoy:

• • Exclusive discounts on OPD Doctor Consultation fees at Nepal Mediciti Hospital.  
• • Free limited-time vehicle parking after completing OPD registration at the hospital.

Note: OPD (Outpatient Department) Consultation refers to a doctor's consultation without hospital admission.

2. Who can get this offer?

• • All Ncell prepaid users with an active pack of NPR. 99 & above  
• • All Ncell postpaid users with an active rental plan of NPR 99 & above 

The applicable discount depends on the customer segment as shown in the Ncell App during the time of redemption.
Note: Tourists are eligible for discounts from Nepal Mediciti.

3. How do I use the offer?

• 1. Buy an eligible Ncell pack or activate a rental plan of Rs 99 & above  
• 2. Open the Ncell App  
• 3. Go to Partnered Services and select Nepal Mediciti within Ncell App.. 
• 4. Click ‘Show my Offer’ in the app and offer eligibility is shown. .  
• 5. Customers must book their appointment prior to visiting Nepal Mediciti, subject to doctor’s availability.  
• 6. Customer shows the live offer screen and a valid ID if requested by Nepal Mediciti staff at the outlets. (Screenshots are NOT allowed. The app screen must be live.).
• 7. If customer is not eligible, they can still buy an eligible pack to become eligible.

4. What discount do I get?
The discount depends on your active pack or rental tariff as shown in Ncell App. The discounted offer is as follows:

• a. Customers having NPR 299 & Above packs/rental tariff - FREE Doctor Consultation (OPD)  
• b. Customers having NPR 99 and below NPR 299 packs/rental tariff - 20% OFF on Doctor Consultation (OPD)  

5. How long is the discount valid?
As long as your eligible pack or rental plan remains active, you are eligible for discount or rewards. One OPD Consultation entitlement is applicable per pack or rental tariff. .

6. Can I use the discount more than once?
No. The discount cannot be used more than once for the same eligible Ncell pack or rental tariff. However, customers can avail the discount once for each eligible pack or rental tariff during the offer validity period. Please note:

• • Only one discount can be applied per OPD Bill.
• • Only one eligible offer benefit can be availed at a time.  
• • Nepal Mediciti staff will carry out the final verification and validation of eligibility and redemption.. 

7. Where can I use the offer?
The offer is valid only at Nepal Mediciti Hospital, Lalitpur.

8. What if I’m not eligible?
If you’re not currently eligible, purchase an Ncell pack of Rs. 99 or above or renew your eligible Postpaid rental plan to qualify for the offer.
Please allow at least 15 minutes for your eligibility to be updated in the system.

9. If I gift an eligible pack to someone, who will be eligible for the offer – the referrer or the recipient?
The recipient will be eligible for the offer, provided they have an active eligible pack.

10.Is this offer only for Ncell customers inside the Kathmandu Valley?
No. The offer is available to Ncell customers across Nepal. However, to claim the offer, the eligible customer must visit Nepal Mediciti, Lalitpur.

11. Can I claim the offer on behalf of another eligible Ncell customer?
No. The offer is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the eligible Ncell customer whose number is registered in the Ncell App and who has an active eligible pack. You cannot claim an offer displayed in another customer’s Ncell App.

To be eligible, you must purchase the required eligible pack yourself.

12. How long is the campaign available?
This discount is available for 3 months (extendable to 2027 Aug). It can be extended, modified, or discontinued by Ncell or Nepal Mediciti with prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

• • Only one discount can be applied per OPD Bill .
• • Eligibility requires an active Rs. 99 & above pack or rental plan.  
• • The offer is applicable only when the customer proceeds with the OPD consultation at Nepal Mediciti - designated OPD registration/billing counter. Subject to selected doctor’s availability while claiming the offer.
• • The complimentary consultation is valid only for the first OPD visit. Follow-up consultations after 7 days will be chargeable as per Nepal Mediciti policy  
• • The offer applies only to the OPD consultation fee and excludes diagnostic tests, procedures, medicines, and other hospital charges. 
• • One OPD Consultation entitlement is applicable per pack or rental tariff .
• • Complimentary limited parking on the consultation visit, subject to policy & availability.  
• • Fraudulent order may result in denial of benefits or offers. 
• • Ncell & Nepal Mediciti may change or discontinue the offer anytime with prior notice. .
