1. What is the Ncell x Ultima Offer?
Customers who purchase Ncell packs worth Rs. 99 or more (data, voice, combo) or have active postpaid rental plans are eligible for exclusive offers on Ultima Lifestyle.
These offers include discounts across Ultima gadgets like
• Soundbar & Speaker
• Wireless Earbuds
• Smartwatch
• Powerbank
2. Who can get this offer?
• All Ncell prepaid users with an active pack of Rs. 99 & above
• All Ncell postpaid users with an active rental plan of Rs 99 & above
Note: Tourists are eligible for discounts from Ultima Lifestyle.
3. How do I redeem the offer?
Step 1: Buy an eligible Ncell pack or activate a rental plan of Rs 99 & above
Step 2: Open the Ncell App
Step 3: Go to Partnered Services and select Ultima Lifestyle within Ncell App.
Step 4: If you are eligible, you will see discounted prices or rewards in Ultima Lifestyle.
Step 5: Browse and select available offers in Ultima Lifestyle.
Step 6: If you are not eligible you can continue with regular price or you can buy eligible Ncell pack to become eligible for partner offers.
4. How do I use the offer?
Step 1: Open the Ncell App
Step 2: Visit Ultima Lifestyle (Partnered Services section)
Step 3: Browse offers
Step 4: Eligibility is verified via your registered mobile number
Step 5: If eligible, you can order at discounted price.
Step 6: If not eligible, you can still buy a pack to become eligible or proceed without discount.
5. What discount do I get?
Discounts vary depending on the service category (soundbar, speakers, earbuds, smart watch, etc.). Discounts are exclusive for Ncell customers only.
6. How long is the discount valid?
As long as your eligible pack or rental plan remains active, you are eligible for discount or rewards.
7. Can I use the discount more than once?
Yes, you can use it multiple times during the validity period. Ultima Lifestyle reserves the right to review abnormal orders.
8. Where can I use the offer?
The offer can be used exclusively on Ncell App.
9. Can I get discounts on multiple services?
Yes, you can enjoy discounts on multiple Ultima gadgets.
10. What if I’m not eligible?
On the Ncell Offer Criteria, you may have to purchase a Rs. 99 or higher Ncell pack or renew your rental plan to become eligible. You may need to wait for minimum 15 mins to be reflected as eligibility.
11.How long is the campaign available?
Initially valid for 3 months. It can be extended, modified, or discontinued by Ncell or Ultima Lifestyle with prior notice.
12.How will I receive my Ultima Gadget after purchasing through the Ncell App?
Once you complete your purchase of an Ultima Gadget through the Ncell App, Ultima Lifestyle will contact you via call and/or delivery confirmation to arrange delivery to the location you selected during the purchase process.
13.Do I need to pay any delivery charge for my order?
No. Delivery is completely free of charge to your selected and confirmed delivery location.
