1. This Sadhain ON Crorepati is only for Ncell users with Android devices, IOS devices and other devices with Ncell SIM with device IMEI.
2. To participate, interested subscriber need to purchase a Ncell Mobility Sim, pack, plan, or product worth Rs. 99 or above. To qualify, users must be an active pack or plan user. An active user is defined as someone who has purchased a new Sim or one-time or recurring pack or plan with a product worth Rs. 99 or above and remains an active user throughout the weekly and Bumper Prize campaign period. Employees of Ncell, their immediate families (Parents, Sibling, Spouse and Children), Ncell Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, distributors, program organizers, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to win the prize money in this Campaign even if they receive tickets.
3. The participants must purchase the product from USSD *123#, Website, Ncell APP, Ncell Pasal or Nepal registered Wallets (Partnered Payment Gateway) or from any other source as may be authorized by Ncell to sell its packs and plans.
4. The services/sewa mentioned in the posters and marketing materials mean packs and new SIM card only. Customers will not get tickets on recharge card.
5. Users will receive one ticket for every purchase of a one time pack or plan worth Rs. 99. For example, if a user purchases a plan/Pack worth Rs. 799, they will receive 8 tickets. Customer buying Postpaid, Renewal and Roaming products will get 2 times the ticket compared to one time packs.
6. It may happen that the customer buys a pack at 11:59 PM on Saturday in Week 1 and the ticket is issued in 12:01AM the next day in Week 2. In this case, the ticket will be counted for the second week and be eligible for the second week draw.
7. One participant can participate with only one or more Ncell phone numbers to purchase the Packs or Plan of Data, Voice and others. If one user uses multiple numbers to purchase the packs, the user will not lose the eligibility to win campaign Prizes and bumper prizes.
8. The campaign commences from 15th June’2025 and concludes after 12 weeks i.e on 6th September 2025
9. Eligible Participants:
a) Participants must be Nepali citizens or foreign nationals residing in Nepal holding a valid and operational bank account in Nepal
b) Foreign nationals residing in Nepal must be officially registered with their respective embassies and also possess an active bank account in Nepal. However, foreign nationals holding a tourist visa will not be eligible to win the prize money, even if they possess an active bank account in Nepal.
10. The campaign has a weekly and bumper base prize system.
11. Disqualification criteria:
a. Any winner who has purchased a product worth Rs. 99 or above but has requested a refund will be disqualified from receiving any prizes, even if they are selected as a winner. For instance: If a customer buys a product worth Rs. 99 and above and then later calls the call center and mentions that they bought it by mistake and requests to refund the amount, such customer will not be eligible for the ticket that they have already received for the pack. The Ncell center team will check if such refund has happened during KYC verification process.
b. The participants who have already won the Weekly 1 Lakh will not be eligible to win the remaining weekly prize. However, they will be eligible for the Bumper Prize.
12. Campaign Prize and Distribution Details:
i. The campaign prize is Rs 1 Lakh distributed every week to 10 winners for 12 weeks
ii. The campaign bumper prize will be of worth Rs 10 million to one winner at end of campaign duration
iii. Selection of Campaign Lucky Winner will be announced in National Television, social media, Ncell APP, YouTube and Others media as may be decided by Ncell. Winning subscriber ticket number will be updated every week on the official Ncell website and any other media channel as may be decided by Ncell
iv. The winning lucky number must match the associated MSISDN (mobile number). The winner will be contacted by the Ncell Call Center.
v. The winning customer must personally visit a Ncell Centre with a valid ID (National ID or driving license or Citizenship certificate or Voter ID or foreign nationals Passport or officially registered ID from respective embassies.). The submitted document must match the KYC details associated with SIM. If the information does not match, Ncell reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
vi. If the winner is an institution, the prize money will be handed over to an authorized signatory, as designated by the institution. The prize will be deposited into the institution's official bank account.
vii. Weekly prize winners must collect their prize from the nearest Ncell center, as designated by Ncell, within 35 days of the prize announcement by submitting their PAN card and other required documents. After this period, Ncell will not be obligated to release the prize.
viii. The prize winner must submit a copy of their ID card as specified above and sign a receipt form and fill in their details as acknowledgment of prize acceptance. In case of Minor, nabalak parichaya patra should be submitted along with Parents Valid ID issue by Nepal Government.
ix. All customers who activate any pack of Rs. 99 and above will receive sure rewards from Ncell immediately after activating the pack. However, in case of new SIM activations for both prepaid and postpaid, the reward will be received in 48 hours’ time.
13. By participating in this Campaign, the participant agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions will be final and binding at the discretion of Ncell. No correspondence or appeals by other methods except mentioned in this Terms and conditions will be entertained. The participant agrees and provides consent to Ncell to the use of personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation and winner selection in this campaign in line with the prevailing laws of Nepal. Weekly and Bumper Prize winners grant Ncell exclusive rights to publish their name, photo, and location across print, social media and television. Winners shall not claim any payment or charges for such posts.
14. Any applicable taxes, fees, and any other Government taxes associated with the receipt of the prizes are the responsibility of Customer. Ncell reserves the right to deduct the applicable tax amount directly from the prize amount as per the prevailing tax laws of Nepal.

17. Draw Mechanism:
a. The lucky draw for the campaign will be conducted manually by an independent person who will randomly draw balls to generate the winning ticket number.
b. An independent audit institution/person will monitor all lucky draw events of the campaign to ensure transparency and identify any discrepancies.
c. In the event that two or more lucky numbers or mobile numbers belonging to the same customer are selected in a single week’s draw, the customer will be entitled to claim only one weekly prize (i.e., NPR 1 Lakh). The remaining entries will be disqualified, but the customer will remain eligible for the draw for Bumper Prize.
18. All materials posted on official sites of Ncell in reference to the Campaign are subjected to public downloading and viewing of third-party viewers. All intellectual property rights contained in the Ncell apps, website, social media, other channel, theme(s), etc. for the purpose of this Campaign shall be owned by Ncell.
19. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Ncell always reserves all the rights to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this campaign from time to time, and the latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be made available at Ncell website. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in no event shall Ncell be held liable in whatsoever manner arising from, in connection with or relating to the campaign.
20. The prize money will be directly transferred to the winner’s bank account. In case the account is frozen, blocked, scrutiny or otherwise restricted for any reason, the winner will be responsible for obtaining the necessary clearance from the bank or concern authority of the nation to get that amount credited in his or her account
21. Settlement of Disputes
In the event of any Dispute (in any) arising with this campaign, Ncell’s decision shall be final and binding, and not subject to further challenge.
22. In the event of any instruction received from concerned authorities or any other Government bodies regarding the continuity of the Campaign, the Campaign and subsequent Campaigns might be suspended with immediate effect. In such case, Ncell shall not be held for any liability.
