1. What are Tourist SIM & eSIM Plan?
Tourist SIM & eSIM plans are mobile plans made specially considering tourist data and voice needs.

2. How many Tourist SIM & eSIM plans are there?
There are three tourist SIM plans with unlimited data and voice in all three packs:
a.   TouristPro Sprinter (7 Days validity, Rs. 595)
b.   TouristPro Explorer (14 Days validity, Rs. 995)
c.   TouristPro Voyager (28 Days Validity, Rs. 1995).

3. Can I buy another pack if I have bought Tourist Plan?
You can only buy other tourist packs (any one among the three) if you are on a Tourist Plan.

4. Is the Tourist plan only for Tourists?
Yes. the Tourist Plans are only for Non-Nepalese citizens.

5. Will there be any throttling in the data?
Yes. The TouristPro Sprinter will have throttling after 10 GB at 256 Mbps. TouristPro Explorer will have throttling after 25GB at 256 Mbps.

6. Are the SMS and Voice All net or On net?
The SMS and Voice are All Net

7. Will the pack expire at the time of activation or midnight after the validity period?
The plan will expire based on the time of activation.

8. Can I top up if my pack is finished?
Yes. You can top up if your pack is finished.

9. Where can I buy other tourist packs?
You can buy packs from Ncell App, any retailer and USSD channel by dialing *123#.

10. Can I use Data payG and Voice PayG after my pack expires??
You can top up and use Voice PayG. However, to use data you must buy a pack.
