Magic Tone is a fun-based service that allows callers to change their  background music and let them speak to their friends or family in changed background.
The features of the service are as follows:
Change Ambiance: A user can choose from different options to change their background sound while speaking to the Friend over call. Examples of options are birthday, traffic, concert, theatre etc. 

How can I use the Magic Tone service?

You can use the Magic Tone service by following ways:

1. You can dial 31083 followed by their Friend’s Number from the mobile.
2. You can select the background sound you would like to continue in.
3. The call is then connected and you can speak to your friends in the changed ambiance

During the call, you can press ‘1’, ‘2’,’3’,’4’,’5’ or ‘6’to change your background sound.
During the call, you can press ‘0’ to go back to the original voice.

Is there any special handset required to use the Magic Tone service?
Magic Tone is handset independent service and will work on any mobile phone.

How much should I pay for subscribing to Magic Tone service?
You have different subscription plans in upfront and installment with validity ranging from 1 day to 360 days. Prices of this services are mentioned in the table below:

Will I be charged separately to browse the content within the portal?
Calling the Short Code 31083 is free. However, normal voice rate tariff/voice packages/or bonus balance will apply to caller if B party receives the Magic Tone call.

Will my friend get calls from 31083 or from my mobile number when I initiate Magic Tone Call?
Your friend will see your mobile number when you make Magic Tone call.

Can users call friends on other networks with changed background sound?
This service is only available within Ncell network.
