How to get started?

Just dial 5599 and follow instructions to activate and add numbers in your My5 group.

The steps to activate, add and other operations are given below:

1. To activate: Dial 5599 or *5599# and then press 1
2. To add numbers in your group: Dial 5599 or *5599# and then press 2
3. To modify numbers in your group: Dial 5599 or *5599# and then press 3
4. To delete numbers in your group: Dial 5599 or *5599# and then press 4
5. To know the list of numbers in your group: Dial 5599 or *5599# and then press 5

Please note that after adding first 5 numbers in your group, each addition, modification or deletion of the numbers will be charged Rs 6.21 with tax.

How much is the charge?

Rs. 24.86/month (including taxes) will be charged as service fee every month. The service will be auto-renewed every month. If you want to deactivate the service, dial 5599 or *5599# and then press 6.
