Yes, National ID card should be submitted to claim the prizes. 
 
19. Does the SIM need to registered in my name to claim the prizes?
No, if  you can bring the authorized person along to claim the prize. If not register then the customer needs to first re-verify  via nearest Ncell center . The customer will need to bring ID , PP photo & list out 20 mobile numbers for  calling outgoing and receiving incoming calls.

 20. How will the winner receive the prizes?
