1. Bulk SMS Service

This service is a One-way Mobile SMS Termination service on which customers will receive messages from sender IDs. Sender IDs can only be alphanumberic or alphabetic words and cannot be numbers. Users will not be able to send any response. This service is a two -way interactive SMS service where customers can both send and receive SMS response from the Shortcode. This service is especially useful for services like Exam Results, Polling, Voting, Quiz services, marketing & promotion messages, etc. The shortcode needs to be approved by NTA as well.
