1. What is Startalk service?
It is a chat-based service where both caller and celebrity chat with each other for a certain period of time. Apart from the live chat service customer can also get access to the following offline content categories:
- Library of previous chats with handpicked interesting previous conversations on voice medium.
- Celebrity calendar
- Celebrity Gossip section
- Birthday Section
- Movies Review/Preview section
- Entertainment news.
2. How can I access Startalk?
You can access Startalk service by going to link http://www.npstartalk.com or just dialing 31082 from your Ncell Mobile Number. This number is toll free.
3. How much do I pay for subscribing to Startalk service?
You have different subscription plans in upfront and installment as per below:

4. How can I activate/deactivate Startalk service?
There are four ways to activate/deactivate Startalk service.
- Just visit http://www.npstartalk.comand click on Subscribe button. For deactivation click on my account section and then press Unsubscribe button.
- From USSD dial *31082# for activation of service.
- From IVR dail 31082 and follow the instruction for activation and deactivation of service.
- From SMS use the following key words.

5. What happens if I have low balance at the time of subscribing to the service?
To subscribe the service, you should have sufficient main balance on your number.
6. Is multiple subscription of different plan allowed?
Multiple subscription of different plan is not applicable for this service.
7. Will I be charged separately browsing the content within the portal?
The subscription plan rate for the service is only for access to the content. You will be charged for data separately as per your plan for browsing the content within the portal. From IVR the above mentioned bundle minutes will free within the validity period.
