1. What is Talk2Expert Service?
It is an IVR based chat service where both caller and expert enter into a conference room and converse with each other for a certain period of time. The callers have to wait for their turn and during that duration they will be able to enjoy the conversations held with the other caller’s with the expert. Only selected user will get chance to talk with expert.
Apart from the live chat service customer can also get access to the following offline categories:

You can access Talk2Expert Service by just dialing 31096 from your Ncell Mobile Number. This number is toll free.

You can subscribe to different subscription plans for Talk2Expert Service & it is available in both upfront and installment packs as mentioned in table below.

The service is available in both upfront or installment feature.
8. How can I check my Talk2Expert balance minutes?
You need to type BAL and sent to it 31096. You will get balance minute info via SMS.
9. How do I change the language?
User can change the language as per his/her choice in help menu basis available languages on IVR.
