- For NCELL users, to activate the service user dials on “*31090#” USSD string. User can dial direct USSD string between *31090# with Multimodal - *31090*1# to *31090*6#

- User visits the product URL http://tdonepal.com/ncell , selects the required pack and clicks on the subscription button to activate the service.
How do I deactivate the TDO Nepal service?
To deactivate / unsubscribe the service, user can use channels like SMS, USSD or WAP as mentioned below:

- User visits the product URL http://tdonepal.com/ncell and to deactivate the service,“Unsubscribe” button is available on Service portal under “MyAccount” section.
Can I activate or access the service using WIFI network on mobile?
Yes, user can activate or access the service using WIFI network on mobile. For accessing the service for a user who is already subscribed, and validity of the service is available, user will not be charged again, and he will just follow the OTP validation process to use the service.
Is the Multiple Subscription of Different packs allowed?
No the Multiple Subscription of different packs is not allowed, User can subscribe any One pack only a given time.
How can I pay for the service?
User can pay for the service using his Ncell prepaid balance or Postpaid Bill by visiting the TDO Nepal portal on www.tdonepal.com/ncell or dial USSD Menu - *31090# and purchase any pack, and pay via Ncell Balance or send SMS as mentioned above in Point 5.
How do I get access to the content and services of TDO Nepal?
Once a user is successfully subscribed to a package, he/she will get immediate access to content and services of TDO Nepal. User can select a content category and access plethora of articles, photo stories or videos. User can also use the ASK widget at the right-bottom of every page and ask questions to Doctors. User can also visit TDO Labs link in the MENU option to buy an individual blood or diagnostic tests or buy a health checkup package.
How long I can use TDO Nepal service?
User can use the service anytime, anywhere and any number of times as long as his validity of subscription package holds good. The service will be renewed or asked for renewal on expiry. If the user wishes to unsubscribe from the service, he/she will have to deactivate the service.
What is the age criterion to avail TDO Nepal service?
TDO Nepal service is available for all age groups. Only in case of minors, medical advice provided in the service should be taken in consultation with parents or guardian.
