2. How can I put request for recording of my Name in Nametunes?
User can put their request for recording of their Name in Nametunes service by following ways:
a) IVR: Select the Nametune option on the IVR menu and follow the IVR prompt for giving your Name to be recorded as Nametune for request.
b) USSD: Select the Nametune option on the USSD menu and follow the USSD text for giving your Nametune request.
c) SMS: Send following in SMS for Nametune activation in your preferred voice and language:
i. Send NTEM Space
ii. Send NTEF Space
iii. Send NTNM Space
iv. Send NTNF Space
3. What are the charges for Nametunes?

4. How do I delete the Nametunes?
You can delete Nametunes with the following process in different channels mentioned below:
1) IVR: To delete through IVR select the Manage profile and then select the nametune tone to delete
2) USSD: To delete through USSD select the Deactivation option and then select the Delete tone option and then select the tone to delete
3) SMS: To delete through SMS send Del
4) Website/App: To delete through Website/App go to Mytones section and delete the tone by selecting the tone
5. How much time does it take to activate nametunes for new names?
It will take maximum 3 working days to activate Nametunes with new names. You will be notified via SMS after Nametunes is activated in your number.6. Can I activate Nametunes through Star2copy?

Free PRBT
1. What is FREE PRBT service?
FREE PRBT service is a service wherein users can select any of the predefined tune list from the FREE menu and activate FREE PRBT for 30 days for free.
2. How can I activate FREE PRBT service?
Users can use any of the method below to activate FREE PRBT service:
a. SMS notification for activation: Following are the keywords that users can use to activate FREE PRBT service with specific tunes. Users can send SMS to 17211 with the keyword mentioned below for specific predefined tunes.

3. What will happen to my FREE PRBT service once the validity expires?
After 30 days, if the users haven’t activated any of the other paid tune then the FREE PRBT service will expire and the user will not have any PRBT tune.
4. Will I be able to get FREE PRBT service with any tone that I would like to purchase?
User will have to select any tunes from the predefined set of tunes from the list of FREE tunes for purchase. Users cannot select any other tunes other than the predefined set.
5. What if I purchase any other tune after I activate FREE PRBT service ?
If users purchase any other tune other than predefined set then the FREE PRBT service will expire and users will be charged with the regular PRBT rates for service and tune. Validity of such paid tune will start from the date when the paid PRBT tune is activated.
6. Can I get FREE PRBT service once I activate and deactivate it again?
No users cannot get FREE PRBT service more than once in their lifetime.
7. How can I deactivate the service?
To deactivate :
SMS : Send R to 17211
IVR : Dial 17211 and select deactivation option and follow the process as per IVR.
USSD : Dial 17211 and select deactivate option and follow the process as per flow.
8. Can I activate Free PRBT service through Str2copy?
A Non-PRBT user can activate FREE PRBT service through Star copy. However, an already PRBT user cannot activate Free PRBT service through Str2copy.
Aafnai Dhun
1. What is public and private Aafnai Dhun?
In public aafnai dhun the tone recorded by creator is available to set personalized ring back tone for all the users while in private aafnai dhun the tone recorded by creator is available to set personalized ring back tone only by the creator.
2. How do I record public and private PRBT Aafnai Dhun?
Dial 17211,select the Afanai Dhun option from the main menu and follow the process as per the IVR.
3. What is the price of the public/private Aafnai Dhun?

4. What is the validity of Public/Private Aafnai Dhun?
The validity of afnai dhun is 30 days where user will be charged Rs.12 and in case of low balance you will be activated on 7 days validity pack for Rs.3.
5. Can I convert my previously recorded Private Dhun to Public Dhun?
No, you cannot convert your previously recorded private dhun as public dhun. You need to re-record the same dhun by following the same process again.
6. Can one user record multiple Public Aafnai Dhun?
Yes, one user can record multiple public Aafnai Dhun. But for every dhun that is created,he will be charged as per your available balance.
7. Can I copy public Aafnai Dhun like other PRBT?
Yes, you can use star copy function for copying public Aafnai Dhun just like any other PRBT.
8. If I delete the dhun that I created, will it still be playing on the numbers who activated that particular tone?
Yes, it will work. It will only stop working if you deactivate your Aafnai Dhun service.
9. Can Ncell delete the public Aafnai Dhun that I have created?
Yes, Ncell has the right to delete the recorded public aafnai dhun if it has content that are considered as irrelevant and illegal as stated in the disclaimer statement in the initial IVR recording of public Aafnai Dhun.

How to copy Tone from others?
Dial * and # to copy and set your ringtone when you hear a nice ringtone while calling others.
How to delete specific PRBT tone?
1. SMS:
Option A:
- Send DELSONG (PRBT toneid) to 17211
Option B:
- Send MYPRBT to 17211. It lists down the songs in numerical order that are currently available in your number. Eg:Tapaiko profile ma nimna geet haru chan.1.Song A,2.Song B,3.Song C
- Then type DEL (song number specified in the message that was sent earlier) and send SMS to 17211 . SMS Eg: Del 1 to 17211
2. USSD:
- Dial *17211#.
- Press 7 then 1 for mytones. You will see the tones that has been activated in your number.
- Write down the tone number which has to be deleted from your number. Press enter.
- Press 1 to confirm for deletion.
How to delete PRBT service and tone?
You can delete PRBT service and tone by:
- SMS: Type UNSUB to 17211 (Eg: UNSUB to 17211)
- IVR: Dial 17211 and follow the instructions
- USSD: Dial *17211# and follow the instructions
Note:
1. IVR Call is free upto 10 calls at the start of each Nepali month. IVR. After the 10th call each call to PRBT IVR will be charged Rs. 2.52 incl. of taxes per call.
2. Weekly subscription is a fall back mode where subscribers will be given that option upon not having sufficient balance for a monthly subscription.

Status RBT is a PRBT service where you can select your current status like driving,GYM,meeting etc as your PRBT tone so that other users can be informed about the same.
2. How can I activate Status RBT service?
Users can use any of the method below to activate Status RBT service:
a. USSD: Dial *17211# and select the required status from the Status RBT option.
b. IVR: Dial 17211 and select the required status from the Status RBT option.
3. What are charges for Status RBT?
For Status RBT you will be charged Rs.12 for 30 days and for Rs.3 for 7 days.Please note you can change n number of times your status tones inside the charged validity.
4. How can I check my current status?
To check your current status tone .Send Mysongs/Myprbt to 17211.
5. What are the time limit for Status RBT?
We have 3 timelines for Status RBT
